Our legal fees are among the most affordable in the Province of Ontario, compared to other Divorce lawyers and they are comparable to the on-line uncontested divorce services. We charge a low flat-fee for handling your entire uncontested divorce, from beginning to obtaining your final divorce order. Provided you meet our requirements, there are no additional fees or hourly rates associated with our work unless a matter becomes contested or does not meet the court’s requirements. Below is a schedule of our simple divorce fees:
To issue the Divorce Application

To set down the Divorce
(Ontario Court Fee) $420.00
Total Court Fees $632.00
Total Cost $1,197.00
The Ontario Court Fees charged by the divorce court are the same whether you are using another divorce lawyer, an on-line Ontario uncontested divorce service or you are preparing and filing your own forms. If you are comparing costs you should only be comparing the $499.00 fee.
We only charge a total of $1.00 extra for postage, copies, swearing of affidavits, filing documents with the court, meetings or telephone calls.
PLEASE NOTE: If your spouse lives outside of Canada, we will not be in a position to offer our services to you at this time and we suggest that you contact another divorce lawyer.
